Fat Burning Green Smoothie (Post Workout, Gluten-Free, Vegan, Paleo)



WHAT YOU NEED:
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 tsp of ginger
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:
  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender. Pulse until smooth.
  2. If smoothie is too thick, add water. If too thin, add ice
