Keto Jalapeño Poppers Fat Bombs – Sweet & Savory Fat Bombs



INGREDIENTS

  • 3.5 ounces full-fat cream cheese at room temperature, 100 g
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter or ghee at room temperature, 55g/2 oz
  • 4 slices no sugar bacon 120 g/4.2 oz
  • 1/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese or Cheddar cheese 30 g/1.1 oz
  • 2 jalapeño peppers halved, seeded, and finely chopped, 29 g /1 oz

INSTRUCTION

  1. In a bowl, mash together the cream cheese and butter or ghee, or process in a food processor until smooth.
  2. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C, or gas mark 3).
  3. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Be sure to use a rimmed sheet to contain the bacon fat, as you'll need it for the recipe, too.
