Buffalo Wing Bites




INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 large egg or 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks or strips
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1-2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • celery
  • bleu cheese or ranch dip
PREPARATION:
  1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees, and combine flour, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in small mixing bowl. Whisk eggs and milk in separate bowl. Dip each chick piece into egg mixture and then into breading blend, repeat process to each is double coated. Arrange chicken on baking sheet.
